4 months agoThe first tow truck they sent got stuck in the mud for 45 minutes at the location I was at. After he got himself unstuck he couldn't figure out how to get my truck out and was saying that he had other calls he needed to go to. They left me stranded on the side of 99 from 8pm until the next morning because he said it would be easier in the daytime. I was out in the elements all night long until 10:45am Sunday morning when they finally got me unstuck. This company is uncaring, inconsiderate, incompetent and overall a horrible excuse for a service. -

5 months agoEfficient tow, the truck was working diligently and my car was gone in minutes. The experience at the tow facility could have been better with a better customer care & rooms to wait. However it was a pleasure to be able to get my car in minutes for a cheap bargain, only 303.26$ .
