11 months agoI, regeretably, had chosen SonnyReena to replace my AC and Furnace a couple years back. Recently, I had a HVAC company come and do a tune-up of my A/C & Furnace, and to my surprise they had reported that the cap to my furnace filter had been missing, and I was informed that this could damage the unit. I had expressed my concern about this to Sonny and my texts and calls go ignored. I finally expressed my frustration over the lack of responses, to which he has explained, "I can't help you", and told me to reach out to the company number. I reached out to the company number, and provided all the details, once again I am being ignored. The customer service after the install is non-existent. Once you pay them the money they will forget about you, and and any concerns you have afterwards, you're left with opelessness and regret. I have attached copies of the texts sent to this service provider for reference, and you can see for yourself the level of carelessness of the company. -
