Troy, our service technician, has always been more than helpful and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with and have always been forgiving to me when scheduling conflicts arise and I have to postpone service. They are also quick to schedule follow up appointments if something comes up between sprayings. They are always punctual and give notice well in advance. They have done a fabulous job of keeping our home pest free. I trust this company around my home and family and will continue to use them for years to come. -

12 months agoMark inspected our house and actually told us that our sealing is all right for the time being, and that the noises we've been hearing are likely vents flapping on windy days. Obviously, I will be calling Tactical when we do start hearing scratching at night and we do end up with an infestation (just a matter of time I'm sure). What is so great about Tactical is that they'll be honest with you, whereas bigger companies will just try to scare you into buying at high prices.
