6 years agoCalled in June for an appt to remove a tree. Was told would come out and give an estimate. 2 weeks later, nothing. Called back. Gentleman claimed he didn't have my phone number and would reschedule immediately. And that would be the last I heard from them. Hate to leave bad reviews but terrible service. -

6 years agoFantastic service today by Alejandro, Bud and the crew! I am a repeat customer and continue to be impressed with each member's professionalism and hard work! Not only did they do a great job today with trimming 20+ mature trees, but cleanup was superb and the pricing extremely fair! I highly recommend them for all tree service needs! -

7 years agoThe crew just left and did a fantastic job ..they arrived exactly on time and did exactly what we went over in the initial meeting. We have a huge yard..many trees had dead branches and one huge dead tree was cut down completely. There was also multiple stump grinding done. I would highly recommend the crew here today for any tree work. -

7 years agoWe were about to hire them to come work on our tree, but fortunately we did not and we went with someone else. We have a large tree in our front yard that had several limbs fall off recently, so we wanted to make sure it wasn't sick or dying. They came and looked at it while I was at work. First off, they are not certified arborists... When I asked, he said he 'never bothered to get certified'. Second, he recommended our tree get injections, but for some reason they would not do it themselves and they would tell me how to drill holes in the tree and do it myself. However, I recently called the company that sold the product he recommended for injections, sent them pictures and talked with a specialist on the phone, and they said they did not recommend their product and instead recommended a certified arborist for a trimming and a fertilizer from Home Depot. An arborist at Arborist USA said it was not root rot, and also said to apply the same fertilizer from Home Depot that the injection company recommended. I can only assume they would not do the injections themselves for liability reasons... Lastly, we were about to hire them (before I called the company about the tree injections), and he got an attitude when I was trying to schedule something over the phone. I was just wanting to be there when they worked on the tree since I was not there when they gave the estimate. There were a few limbs I was worried about and wanted to see everything they would take off and he said I should maybe hire someone else if I wanted it done the way I was wanting, and that they only do a light trimming on the outside of the canopy. He said to text him my information so he could call back and set up a time, which I did, but they never called and went with another company. Do not recommend -

7 years agoNot only was I able to call on a Wednesday morning and have my trees serviced by Thursday afternoon, but the crew was professional and did a great job. Even once they were done with the items I had asked to be trimmed, the lead crew member walked around the property with me and made any adjustments we felt were needed. Highly recommend this company for any and all tree service needs!

FAQ
Does Anderton Tree Service offer free estimates for tree removal?
We provide same-day quotes after evaluating the job on the spot. Our crew assesses the tree, location, and any challenges like tight spaces to determine the exact scope. This on-site approach ensures accurate pricing tailored to your specific needs.
Are you licensed and insured for tree services?
Anderton Tree Service is fully equipped to handle your tree care needs with a professional crew experienced in the field. We prioritize safety and efficiency in every job, as shown through consistent positive feedback on our work quality. Homeowners can rely on our hands-on evaluation process for trustworthy service.
Can Anderton Tree Service remove trees in tight spots or handle stump grinding?
We specialize in tree removal in challenging areas like property lines in older neighborhoods and use ropes for safe climbing on tall trees. Our team also operates stump grinders and clears fallen trees with wood chippers. These methods allow us to tackle niche tasks without damaging surrounding property.
What is your typical timeline for scheduling tree service after I contact you?
Anderton Tree Service offers prompt scheduling, often with same-day quotes and work completed the next day. We evaluate jobs quickly and fit services into your timeline, such as servicing trees called in on a Wednesday morning by Thursday afternoon. Expect clear communication on arrival windows once scheduled.
Does Anderton Tree Service clean up after tree removal and yard work?
We leave properties spotless by handling quick yard cleanups under overgrown branches and removing all debris. Our crew uses tools like log lifters and wood chippers for efficient debris management. This thorough process ensures your yard is fully cleared and ready for use immediately after the job.
Why is hiring you safer and better than attempting tree work myself?
Professional crews use specialized ropes, climbing techniques, and heavy equipment like stump grinders that homeowners lack access to. We assess risks on-site, such as tight spots or unstable trees, to prevent damage to property or injury. DIY efforts often overlook these factors, leading to unsafe outcomes or incomplete results.
