3 months agoHorrible customer service after I spent $18K on a complete new A/C system. Both the owner and his secretary were rude when I complained about having to pay a total of $809.00 for a repair 2 years after the new system was installed. I cancelled the repair and hired a different company, since they do not stand behind their product. I would not recommend using this company. -

He did a great job explaining all of my options. And, he even had the thermostat I needed on the truck and was able to install it right then so we can have heat tonight Thank you David.
