And now that Modern Air has added Plumbing Services to their company, we have become very satisfied customers with their plumbing department as well. We recently had our toilets reseated. Brian Kohutek and his assistant Duncan worked quickly and efficiently. They did excellent work and respected our home, making sure they took precautions to keep our i'm house clean during their work and afterwards. I offer the highest recommendation possible for both their Plumbing Department and their A/C Services. They.kept our old A/C unit running for years and then replaced it with a new unit when the old one gave finally gave out.. The A/C unit installation and subsequent service was and is exceptional. Their prices are fair and the work is guaranteed. So if you need A/C or plumbing work done, I urge you to GO MODERN.. -
