1 year agoWe needed part of our track replaced as it had fractured and the supports were rusting through. The crew dug out and created a concrete channel for the portion of our track that had broken, as well as a pad for the motor to sit on since it's support had also rusted through. They replaced the chain and also installed a new safety sensor, as ours was not working. Jose was fantastic through the whole process. He was very communicative, letting me know when workers were arriving, how the work was coming, and when they were finished. Overall we are very happy with the work that he and his guys did for us, and we would definitely use Craftsman Automatic Gates again! -
