4 months agoI booked an appointment online on the 18th for a move in cleaning on the 22nd. I received some automated emails as a reminder for the appointment as well. I show up to the house and no one is there. I wait 30 minutes before giving a call and no response but I get a text back saying "Please text me". I text back asking for an update but I get completely ghosted. At least have the professional courtesy to let me know you can't make an appointment so I can hire a different company. I had to delay moving into my new house because of this. -
