Javier, the technician, was courteous, respectful, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with our unit. He diagnosed the issue quickly and completed the service efficiently. I especially appreciated that I was not pressured into additional repairs or services that weren't necessary. As for the company itself, a bit shocked with the final bill, $500 more that I was expecting... thank you for the 5% discount. F.Y.I. disclosure of your credit card usage fees prior to scheduleling services would have allowed me the ability to plan ahead and save money... -
