7 months agoI never do reviews but this was granted. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning, and was charged $45 for a wash and engine wash, and $235 for a full detail?totaling over $280. Unfortunately, the quality of the service did not match the price. It was honestly the worst car wash experience I've had. The vehicle was not properly cleaned, and the detail was far below expectations for such a premium price. I'm extremely disappointed and would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address this. I expected much better given the cost and the advertised service level. -

8 years agoEverything went great! We were able to schedule the cleaning in about a week after first contacting them. I got a quote right away over the phone. They emailed me a written quote as well. The day of the cleaning, they arrived on time and got the job done in a timely fashion. We are very happy with the entire process. We will definitely recommend TNT to family and friends and will use them ourselves again in the future.
