2 weeks agoThe apartment complex I live in hired this company to clean the carpet, and the results were extremely unsatisfactory. The technician was finished in about 15 minutes, which immediately raised concerns about how thorough the job could have been. The carpet was left over-saturated with water and heavily treated with a deodorizer that has a very strong, unpleasant smell. It has now been 48 hours, and the carpet is still wet - not just damp, but genuinely wet. This has been both inconvenient and concerning. When I addressed the issue, I was told they only perform the basic service they are hired for. However, it would have been appropriate to communicate any limitations or offer additional options. Residents should at least be informed if an upgraded service is recommended rather than receiving a rushed and inadequate cleaning. Overall, the service felt hurried, incomplete, and unprofessional. -
