7 months agoI highly recommend AAA Pest Control for residential and commercial use. I'm currently a client and use them regularly. We are currently using AAA Pest Control at my home because of their professional and courteous service and their staff are always on time. They do a great and thorough job and have eliminated 99% of our roach issues. Spiders are gone too. We also hired this heat Company for our commercial needs at the Housing Authority to service all our homes. The Owner Rudy always follows up on Customer satisfaction, even though it's not necessary because not only are their prices reasonable but they are great at what they do. They are above the best the Pest Control Industry. Thank you AAA Pest Control. -

1 year agoI am really surprised to see any negative reviews. I have had nothing but successful and pleasant interactions with all staff and technicians. Ashley and Diana are always so polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are upfront about how pests are just that, pests, and they give detailed directions on how to prepare for the visit. These guidelines must be followed if you want to get rid of pests, so if they come back... that's partially on you. I'm just saying... Anyway, the technician who has come is named Josh and he is so wonderful. He is very experienced and knowledgeable as well and will educate you on how to keep pests under control. I highly recommend this company and that you listen to their guidance. After all, they are the pros. (Full disclosure: I had an epic meltdown because I thought my cat escaped, and Josh was very calm and nice about it and waited for me to find my cat before he left. He could've been really rude, made me feel weird about it, or made the situation worse, but he did not and has a great demeanor. He's also fast and... deadly, but in a good way. Haha.) -

1 year agoI called specifically because we had an abundance of crickets. They came and sprayed did a great job but the crickets were still around, so I called again and under a month and said I need a re-spray because I still have crickets. They agreed came out but then charged my wife the full price yet again for the same problem When I called, they would not reverse the charges because the issue of the crickets was not resolved! So a month later and $270 later...... still have crickets! -
