5 months agoWe wholeheartedly recommend Aaron Higareda and his incredible team at North Dallas Design and Remodeling! We first met Aaron and Adriana at the Collin County Home and Garden Show in Spring 2025 and were immediately impressed by their sincerity, professionalism, and genuine approach. That first meeting led to a conversation about remodeling our original 1978 kitchen - and we're so glad it did. After living in our home since 1998, I honestly had no vision for what our kitchen could be. So, we gave Aaron full creative freedom to design a concept - and what he delivered was absolutely perfect! Our project was a full kitchen remodel, updates to the laundry room and a small bathroom, plus new flooring throughout the house. Work officially began on May 27, 2025. That small bathroom included a shower we never used, which Aaron transformed into a much-needed storage closet for the kitchen. The original timeline was 12 weeks, but Aaron and his team wrapped everything up in just around 8. The crews were punctual, professional, and incredibly disciplined. The quality of workmanship was top-notch across the board. We already have more projects in mind for our home, and there's no question who we'll call. North Dallas Design and Remodeling is the only contractor we'll be trusting with our home from now on! -

6 months agoWe had Aaron and his crew do a complete kitchen, family room, and dining room renovation in early 2025 which included opening up our closed floorplan. They put in a new home office with a beautiful barn door! They created beautiful custom cabinets for my kitchen and new pantry and stained them to our preferred color scheme. The fireplace was crafted with a beautiful mantle and unique tile. The crew was always aware and respectful of me working from home and made the process extremely comfortable. They finished the job about 10 days before promised. We are extremely happy with our new open floor plan. -

We have been in this house for over 20 years and wish we could have made these changes sooner. Very professional crew and always looking out for us. The work was finished ahead of schedule. Even with some changes on our part. Could not have asked for a better experience! We will be using them again!!! -

12 months agoWe recently purchased a house, and wanted to make several changes which would not only update the house, but would also provide much needed storage. The scope of the work included: upgrading the master shower, updating several closets, replacing carpet with matching hardwood, moving appliances in the kitchen and increasing counter space and storage space in the kitchen, creating a pantry, installing 2 windows, installing a tankless water heater and changing out exterior doors as well as walling off a room. Aaron patiently worked with us, as we finalized how to accomplish our goals as well respectful of our staying within our budget. Within the month of signing the contract, Aaron's crew arrived at our house. During construction they placed filters and barriers to help minimize construction dust. Then each evening, they would sweep up and put away their equipment. This was important, since we were living on property. We found the entire crew to be professional and courteous. As with most work on old homes, we ran into issues which necessitated a change of plans. Aaron and his crew were creative at coming up solutions. Yet despite the challenges, each room was completed to look "custom high end" Aaron was open to our ideas, and worked to make them happen. Aaron gave great suggestions which we are so glad we agreed to. All the changes that we made or were made due to unforeseen issues added up to 20% over the original bid. It was well worth the expense. We highly recommend this company for any of your construction needs. -

1 year agoMy wife and I had an amazing experience with Aaron, Adriana, and the crew from North Fallar Design and remodeling. We first contacted them after being given their number from a family friend who also had a great experience. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but had a few goals in mind. We ended up getting our kitchen remodeled and adding a small hobby room. Aaron and Adriana took the time to help us understand what was possible and came up with ideas for our space. The whole process was very smooth. They clearly communicated what would happen and when; they worked efficiently and consistently, and handled any surprises along the way in stride. The kitchen we have now is a timeless and beautiful expression of our style and it could not have happened without them. My wife and I now have even bigger dreams and ideas for our home and will trust no one else to bring them to life!
