8 years agoUpdating previous review....French Brown did return and tried their best to match the stain. Matching stain isn't as easy as it seems and their technician Mo did as well as can be expected. He worked hard to match a floor that is 13 years old with new wood that was laid. Be sure to request him. -

10 years agoThese people were so rude to us that we left. I wish I would have gotten the guy's name but JERK! Our contractor specified their floors and we went in to see stains. When we told him what we were doing, he said lots of people come in here to look, but contractors have their own people. WOW! Not tie, but, ok! We asked if we could look and he was beside himself that we had a question. We got in the car, called contractor and said that we would not be purchasing from French brown to specify someone else. Terrible!
