5 months agoMy pier & beam home was built in 1935. We discovered a leak at the kitchen sink drain in the exterior wall. It leaked for years until the floor sank down. This caused years of water damage to occurr without my wife and I knowing about it. Floor tiles had to be removed without damage. Four (4) floor joise had to be removed and replaced. The exterior wall at the base had to be rebuilt along with the bottom plate. My Home Depot cabinets..3 of then were ruined. Particle board just crumbled...it was a mess. Lucky for me I called Emanuel with Elite Handyman Service & Remodeling. His Top Knotch employees Angel, Ricardo and Juan showed up and flat out got after it for five days. Holy Cow removing the old floor joise and replacing with new ones was a job. Regarding....Angel the Lead Tehc,. wow ! ..he is a Master Tradesman and can do anything. Now I need three matching cabinets built asap!!!! Elite in order to expedite the job (thank u) called "The Tools Handyman" owned by Mr. Guillermo Ruiz. He was on my driveway unless than 24 hours. Cabinets were built on the spot with real wood. We were able to save the faces of the damaged cabinets and used them They turned out excellent. True craftsmanship. Thank you Sir. Granit countertops with sink were removed and replaced without damage. Copper soldering..cast iron repairs...all .done...Holy Cow Also had an attic access door installed !!! The scope of the job was huge with allot of unknowns. Elite Handyman & Remodeling did the job in FIVE (5) days. Finished...no leaks....My wife and I are Extremely pleased with their work. Everything in five days....very pleased obviously but I can't help it. Would recommend their Service to anyone. Thanks Elite !!!! -
