The ETA was one hour from my call, reasonable, the truck cab was clean with a nice fragrance, the music playing was just right, and the driver was courteous and easy to converse with. 5 months agoGeico connected me with this company and the initial wait time was 1 hour and then it got pushed to 2 hour when I got a third alert that it would be 3 hours I called Geico back because this is not okay. Don't take on more work than you can handle, it's not fair to customers! -
