11 months agoThis new company took over the previous trash valet service, raised the prices, and now it's hit or miss if they come pick up the trash. On average, I take the trash out myself 3 or 4 times a week. Unfortunately, it's in the lease agreement of our apartments, and we don't have the option to opt-out. Edit: I just read the one-star review below where the customer stated that it was kids who were picking up the trash and throwing it down. To the owner and who responded: either that's an outright lie or you have a subcontractor who uses their kids. I literally just talked to them because I wanted to discuss the issues, and the BOYS (yes, they were teenagers, kids) said they didn't know anything and that they worked for their dad. They even claimed to not know the name of the business they worked for. -

1 year agoTrash is picked up by kids who throw bags over 3rd floor railing instead of carrying them downstairs. This creates a dangerous situation for residents. -

2 years agoThis Christian run company is the real-deal! The fact that they not only remove trash bags from each unit, they are the only service company of this kind that I know of that is willing to remove cardboard boxes, glass, wood, lose tossed objects, and such. This, and their impressive work ethic, shows and demonstrate high customer service and integrity. My experience with Trash Busters Valet is a highly positive one as I feel they go beyond what they're expected to do. Whether rain or shine, windy or calm, hot or cold, they will always be there within their designated pickup time. Also, I feel their management is willing to negotiate a price that works for everyone. I would highly recommend giving this amazing company an opportunity to demonstrate what they can do for you. -
