Eric was great at communication, explaining options, explaining the process and managing the project from start to finish. The work was done in a thoughtful, meticulous manor. Their process is thorough and intentional to deliver a high quality, long lasting result. Our pool cleaning service threw our project a curveball and Austin Pool Plastering went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I will highly recommend Austin Pool Plastering to friends. -

2 years agoI cannot say enough about the great experience I had with Austin Pool Plastering. I had a total of four companies come out to assess the scope of work needed, and provide estimates for renovating our pool. Austin Pool Plastering was the final contractor to look at the job. I work with commercial sub-contractors from all trades as a commercial contractor for our business, and understand there are more bad then good ones. I think you can ask just about anyone you know, and they can tell you about a bad contractor experience. Generally speaking these contractors are only concerned about making a sale and to collect money on the job ASAP. Eric Trevino, who came out to estimate the job took the time to explain the process, materials, timeline, and answer all of my questions completely. Once I made the decision to use Austin Pool Plastering, I was very impressed with the communication, project planning, and project status on a daily basis provided. The crews were always on time each morning, starting at 0700. They were very organized, worked very well together, and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. The process start to finish was completed in about 7 days which included the July 4th holiday. Once again if your looking for a company who is professional, communicates, and delivers a quality product with incredible service, look no further. -

2 years agoI have worked with Austin Pool Plastering for a few years now and they always deliver!!!! I made the mistake of outsourcing my resurfacing to a competitor because Austin Pool Plaster was booked out 8 weeks. ( which says they do great work) The new plaster company did a more than unsatisfactory job. Austin Pool plaster then had to repair their competitors work because it was so bad. I haven't used anyone since, Eric with Austin Pool plastering has always done excellent with all my pools and wouldn't think of using anyone else ever again, I literally just called him today for a job well done!!!!! -

2 years agoI'm a pool contractor who has used APP exclusively ever since they opened. Eric and Javier are serious about running the best pool plaster company in Austin - they put a lot of effort into getting every job right and making sure they provide the best result possible. Their plaster prep is the best in the business. Don't underestimate how important proper prep is. Let them prep the pool and you will drastically minimize the chance of future problems. I've never had a problem with the quality of material or application.
