13 years agoJosie and her crew set about removing an old jacuzzi tub in our home, they removed it and didn't turn off the water when doing so. They laid the plumbing pipes on the floor of the bathroom at an odd angle that caused one of the soldered joints to break apart and water flooded our house all night long, ruining two floors and our carport. After the flood I received no apologies or acknowledgement of their mistake, or offer to give us our deposit back. They are now being sued by our insurance company. Before the incident I had a strong suspicion that her crew was drinking beer in the afternoons, when I wasn't there. There were often beer bottles and tops left over in the driveway. When I asked her about this she said it was the plumbers that were drinking, but given my long standing working relationship with our plumbers (6 years, and two houses) I did not believe that it was them. Just to be sure I asked my plumbers and they verified that it was not them, but Josie's crew doing the drinking. I would not use them in any circumstance, Josie is very out of touch with her crew and the jobs they are performing, and in my mind she is totally fraudulent in the way she operates her business.
