5 years agoWe had Perfect Floors install solid hardwood in the upstairs of our home. We provided our own materials and had Perfect Floors perform the installation. Overall the work was quality. The installers worked very quickly and efficiently. They installed ~900 SF of solid hardwood flooring, including stairs, in two full days of work while moving a decent amount of furniture around. There was only one minor issue during the installation. I was missing some underlayment that I didn't know I needed and wasn't communicated by the installer after I had asked to confirm required materials. Fortunately I was able to quickly pick up the material with a short trip to Floor & Decor. After the installation there were some minor issues with the floor (a few gaps and imperfections) but the installers came back out and resolved all of them a few days later. Pricing was very reasonable and Vanessa was willing to work with me. Communication with Vanessa and the installers was easy and they were pretty helpful. They answered my questions in a very straightforward manner and ultimately I felt they were trying to help me have nice floors for good value. Overall we were quite happy with our experience with PF and would use them for future floor work.
