7 years agoKevin ohanlon and sharesa Alexander false allegations on company letterhead and intimidate family and disabled child but when it comes to them so-called just missing their cells from the cage they sent a regular email thinking that the family would not find out if a legal trick that means mr. ohanlon in sharesa Alexander lied about being off this case they have actually been behind the scenes with Lancaster ISD helping them to avoid can ignore the issue of them misdiagnosing the special needs child and putting his life in danger and making false allegations towards the family Miss Alexander license ran out in 2009 was not issued until April 30th of this year and she is not qualify for any educational issues or cases that is such as this but she wants to represent herself as the lawyer of Lancaster ISD and mr. Dunbarton is allowing this to happen city is claiming that this is to separate ferns even Mr ohanlon and allowed Miss Alexander to practice law without her license even for a former tea agent he should know bette an is allowing this to McCollum. Miss Alexander is incompetent to send a email to the family she is willing to send false allegations on a letterhead but not the dismissal of this firm in the letterhead when she sent an email that was unprofessional even by her standards as a so-called lawyer -

12 years agoI had a recent experience with this firm and Justin Demerath. Justin spent a significant amount of time discussing my situation with me without me being a paying client. In the end, he confirmed my first thought that I would be better off proceeding without legal representation due to the circumstances of my case. That sort of integrity is rare in the legal profession, particularly in the area of personal injury. I sincerely hope that I am never in that situation again, but if I am, I would certainly contact Justin and his firm. and I recommend them to anyone else seeking representation for a personal injury case. -

12 years agoMy case was, to say the least, a very life-changing, and traumatic event, and I can't imagine having had a better lawyer by my side than Justin Demerath. I was in a head on collision car accident resulting in some really severe facial bone injuries, facial reconstruction, and a near-death experience. Justin really knew his stuff, and was able to explore all possible avenues of my case to leave me with the best settlement possible, and he did. Most importantly, I felt able to relate with him very easily on a personal level, and felt that he really took the time to help me understand my case very thoroughly, and to answer any and every one of my questions very thoroughly. He could not have been more generous with his time and presence, and has continued to extend the invitation to call him ANYTIME that I need any legal advice at all. I will definitely reach out for his services again if I'm ever in need. Thanks Justin. -

12 years agoThis review is in regards to my experience working with Mr. Justin Demerath. I absolutely and without hesitation recommend him to anyone. My friend gave me his number (he had had a good experience working with Justin years ago) because I was injured in a car accident and feeling helpless dealing with two major insurance companies and a slew of health care providers. His demeanor was immediately kind and approachable. I knew very little about how any of this stuff works so it was immensely reassuring that he was patient and articulate, lining out the steps we would take and what we could expect. Throughout the year long process, he was always available to answer my questions and concerns and his office consistently stayed in touch with me for updates on how we were progressing. We settled the case today and I am very pleased with the results. Truly, I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Mr. Demerath was courteous, caring, and at all times professional. -
