I've met everyone there-from Mr. Kaskas, who founded the business, to his sons Safi and Sam, and their employee Austin-and they are all knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The family has been in business in Austin for decades, and their reputation for sales, cleaning, and repair is excellent. What started as buying one large rug for our living room turned into a deep appreciation for rug history and craftsmanship. Safi generously shared his expertise, explaining each rug's origin, age, materials, and durability. They even brought several rugs to our home so we could see them in our space, which made all the difference. Safi truly understood my taste and helped me choose rugs I loved not just for value, but for their history and artistry. Because of this wonderful experience, we ended up purchasing rugs for the rest of our home. I'm thrilled every time I walk through the house and see these beautiful works of art. 1 year agoThe best place to get rugs! Once you find this gem, you won't want to shop anywhere else. Safi is super knowledgeable and helpful, and their selection is gorgeous. We bought two rugs over a year ago, and they are still in perfect shape, even with our 90lb white lab running around. We're about to get our third rug from Safi. Worth the investment. Highly recommend!
