12 years agoWe came to Drophouse after an 8 month nightmare with a prominent Austin architectural firm which will here go unnamed. On a tight budget and tight time constraints, we approached Matt and Christian with our plan, a straight-forward 510 sq. ft. guest studio for our main residence in Clarksville. From the outset, Matt and Christian were honest, forthright and wide open in our communications. We gave them our budget and they provided a bid several hundred dollars below it. They executed our design efficiently, within our time constraints and under our budget. The design cleared the permitting process with few amendments and today we're moving forward with construction. If I had another similar project, I would return to Drophouse without hesitation. They exceeded our expectations and it was a pleasure to work with them.
