My husband and I enjoyed working with him to choose the right flooring for our home. He made excellent recommendations that were based upon our preferences, and the pricing was competitive. He set excellent expectations for the install, and the installation team was as professional and hard working as Chris. They took the time to ensure that the job was done well. We did flooring throughout the entire house, and it's absolutely beautiful! -

5 years agoI am forever grateful for the amazing work that Chris and his team provided to our family. I was 8.5 months pregnant and came home to water pouring from our attic through our ceiling, flooding our entire first and second stories and destroying our floors and drywall. I was referred to Chris that day by our realtor, and Chris was able to come out the very next day with flooring samples and same day pricing for materials and labor for a 4500+ sq foot, 2-story home. Chris was a great communicator and worked within our seemingly impossible timeline to rip up old carpeting upstairs, all hardwoods downstairs, remove baseboards, level the floor, build us an entirely new and beautiful hardwood staircase (that he designed), and lay new hardwoods and baseboards across our entire home in less than a week. Chris' pricing was the most competitive of the 3 bids we received, however we would have gone with Chris regardless given how easy he was to work with. Not only that, but when our drywall repair and paint crew feel through last minute, Chris reached out to one of his contacts and had another team come out to complete those repairs in the span of 2 days. They were able to match paint from our 10-year old ceiling and really went above and beyond. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Chris and his team. They were truly life savers and I will never forget how kind and helpful they were to our family in our time of need. -
