2 years agoWhat an amazing experience. HVAC went down this morning and they got to my house within 2 hours and we are at the edge of their service area. Found the issue immediately and had it repaired in no time at all. They even fixed a whistling issue with one of our vents. Very fairly priced and their tech was super professional. 100% 5 stars and would highly recommend them. -

2 years agoWe have used Mr Cool for years for the little things that come up when you have older units and they have always been super fair and we've always had great experiences with them. This time The Bad Thing happened and our 11 year old outside unit was toast and the inside unit was installed in 1996 so if we didn't replace it now it would be needed soon. We had them give us a quote on a whole system replacement and then, like the good little homeowners we are, also got quotes from 3 other companies just to make sure. Bottom line, I had some quotes as low as theirs and some quotes higher, but looking into the quotes that matched the price from other companies they looked like turn n burn people who focus on high volume but mid quality. The main one we were looking at had many more reviews but just within the last 4 weeks had numerous 1-star reviews. Given our history of good service and extremely fair interactions with Mr Cool over the years, the choice was obvious. We contacted them to confirm which option we wanted to pursue and were told they could install next day (!!!). Done. Install was today. The main guy that we've seen over the years is Hernan (he's the main dude over there apparently). He was here supervising the install, he addressed and fixed our concerns about the outside unit being level (no extra charge btw), and while he was here we paid him to do some maintenance on our other unit. Stellar service as always and I'm confident we are doing business with the right company. Based on every interaction we've had with them over the years I am confident we made the right decision. Definitely recommend them. -

4 years agoI gotta say that I cannot recommend Mr. Cool HVAC enough. I used them for a full system replacement and they did a phenomenal job. Their pricing was competitive and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple special requests for my install and they were happy to work with me on it. They really stand by their quality work and addressed any questions/concerns I had. -
