4 months agoI thought I had a major issue and the first company I called was fast and responsive but quoted me four options with the most expensive one costing well over $10k. Ray from Blue Sky came for a second opinion and gave me a thorough explanation of the "problem" and some free tips with a charge of only $39. I think the first company maybe was truthful in believing the work should be done but blue sky was honest in the severity and were focused on my pocketbook. I wish everyone I worked with was like Ray! -

5 months agoI scheduled these folks to give us a bid and shared what the job entailed prior to them visiting to give us a bid. After the visit, the told us they wouldn't do the job and also wouldn't provide a recommendation for another outfit who would. This is who Trane recommended directly from their corporate website. Huge waste of time and poor business practices. -
