  They were okay for the first 8 months but recently in the past 2 months nobody did any service to my house as seen from my outdoor cameras and I was still being charged for it. I blocked the payment for the second time and called customer service to cancel my account. They informed me I must pay the amount due before canceling even though they didn't do the service. I reluctantly paid and after they charged me they mentioned that they will transfer me to someone who can cancel my service. After waiting a couple minutes the person got back on the line saying they can't get in touch of the people who can cancel my service and they can't do it themselves even though they just charged me saying I have to pay before canceling. They said they will call me back in 24-48h where I can cancel then. Clearly this is a tactic to avoid people canceling by making them wait and sending them in a circle till they forget about it. What a scam of a service.

  Initial experience (door to door salesman) went well, Purchased the house the December before and when I met the the salesman I was open to signing up for some sprays to handle spiders, mice, and other pests. I have an infant in the house, so the less annoyances the better. I asked the salesman how cancellation would work and he mentioned I can cancel anytime. With that in mind I signed up and had the house sprayed the following week. Service was quick and easy and people the employees were polite. Unfortunately in September/October two mice made it into our house. I contacted the Edge team. They had someone come over within 48hours and lay traps. The traps were poison and the mice still impacted us for weeks afterwards. Eventually I laid my own traps and killed the two mice... When I called to cancel the service since I still have spiders and "earwigs" like I did previously, I did not see the value in this service (especially for $125/tri-monthly). I was then connected to a call center and told it would $451 to cancel since I have 7 visits left or 21 months of services remaining. Alot can happen over that time and they even asked if I would like to transfer my account to a neighbors instead... I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. You are better off laying your own traps and spraying your own walls for $50 (if that) from home depot... Rip Off!

  Service was useless. They put on the hard sell and locked me into a 1 year agreement (with 50% cancellation fee), came out a few times and set some very basic snaps traps which didn't work. Not a single mouse was caught by them -- I ended up placing more of my own traps and catching some. Finally gave up on them and had to pay a few hundred to get out of contract.

  It went well. They came and checked the traps they had set previously and disposed of the mice. He did an inspection around the perimeter of the house.

  The service man was very professional. He was very polite and friendly. He called ahead of time to let me know that he was coming, and when he arrived he explained everything he was going to do and what precautions I needed to be aware of. When he was done, he reviewed the work that was done. I'm very happy with the service. My lawn looked great last summer.
