    SCAM ALERT!!! I waited a few weeks to write this review thinking i would calm down about this company. I have not. I contracted Northern Moving Systems INC for a long distance move from Aubrey, TX to Southfield, MI. Northern contracted the move to Condor. This is where the problem begins. THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I was there to watch them load everything up from the storage unit that my things were stored in, however, upon arrival in Southfield, MI the driver(who looked like he was strung out on something and who i had to help move my stuff up the stairs because he couldnt do it alone) unloads the truck. im going through the boxes SPECIFICALLY looking for two boxes of liquor from my bar. I am a bartender. the dude informs me that there are no more boxes on the truck and that they "dont carry liquids over state lines". Ok thats fine, but they loaded my liquor on the truck at the storage facility. if you dont carry liquid over state lines why wasnt i contacted so that i could make arrangments to have my stuff picked up? No phone call. no email. no nothing. Just $2000 worth of liquor as well as bar equipment that was STOLEN!!! when i informed Northern that i was missing some stuff miraculously the text's and calls stopped. Northern hired Condor...so both are responsible. Since when did this become acceptable? Not only were my things STOLEN but the driver who unloaded my things failed to assemble everything that he was supposed to. for $2800 i expect to receive ALL of my things, or to at least be informed if there's a problem so that i can make the necessary arrangements. absolutely HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unethical!! I cant leave ZERO stars. if i could i would. If I werent so far away I would pull up to this establishment and handle this face to face...in the way that thieves need to be handled. this is THEFT however you want to look at it.

    I am an oncology social worker, PLEASE PLEASE listen to me! I believe in always helping people and giving people the benefit of the doubt. DO NOT use this company! Moving is already stressful and they make it 100% worse! And im also out my $200 deposit now that the very nice customer service agent has completely fell off the face of the earth. I had to call them after my 2 hour arrival window expired to see if someone was coming, finally got an answer that the truck was broke down and they may (or may not) be able to come. This is 10 in the morning...NO response from the company the ENTIRE rest of the day regarding whether they are coming or not or anything at all. Tried calling the office NO answer as they only work M-F. So today, Monday morning I repeatedly call the nice sales lady I had been in constant contact with before my reservation. If I left a voicemail she immediately would call back. Fast forward to today and my calls are going straight to voicemail! Please Please dear reader do not waste your precious time with this company! Also my very hard earned deposit money they stole I hope they enjoy it because no good will come to a company that treats good customers this way. I am also a proud woman veteran and will be posting my review in all veteran sites so that no one ever uses them! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves!!!

    They never showed up. Told us they would come the next day and didn't show again. I'm headed to Uhaul after wasting nearly 18 hours waiting for them to show up.

    I recently used this company for an interstate move. The delivery itself was completed and I did receive my belongings, but there was a concerning issue with communication throughout the entire process. Unforunetly there is an issue that has still not been resolved. During pickup, a coordinator named Edith Aguilar requested an additional $300 payment via personal Zelle, referring to it as a "convenience fee." This payment was made while the crew was performing services related to my move. However, this charge was not documented on the Bill of Lading, not included on the final invoice, and not reflected anywhere in the company's records. Once asked no one knew what it was for in the company. When the delivery driver arrived (he was great), he contacted the company directly and was told they had no record of this payment. I followed up with the company after delivery and provided proof of the Zelle payment. It has now been over a week with no response or resolution. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment for transparency. I'm sharing this experience so other customers are aware and so the company has an opportunity to address the situation and clarify how this payment will be handled. FMCSA & BBB has been contacted.

    This company is a scam and had a horrible experience with them moving from Texas to South Carolina. When they arrived, I was told instantly it was going to cost $2000+ more than the quote. They put on a front that they are trying to help you but they are not, they are just upselling more and more. When they finished loading they asked me for the earliest arrival date at my new location. I said and wrote on the form Jan 9th. I drove with what I needed to last a day or two expecting they were right behind me and with out my furniture. I got to my new place on Jan 8th and I called to see where they may be at on the 9th; the owner told me they just left Texas and that I put Jan 9th for them to depart (not arrive). There is a big difference between arrival and departure. He told me "It is what it is. Do you want your stuff?" A week later the movers arrived and then told me there would be another fee because they have to walk more than 150 feet to my apartment. Payment options are only zelle or money orders, they do not accept credit card payments which I didn't know. After sometime they finally agreed to take a credit card but added another fee. I just wanted my stuff, so fine. I am missing a few boxes. My furniture was damaged. Boxes were wet, and a lot of items were broken. Moving sucks, but this was by far the worst experience I have had and I was in the military and moved a lot. I highly suggest avoiding these scammers.If you look up Amit with the company name you will see they changed owners due to poor reviews.
