1 year agoOn May 24, 2024, I scheduled an appointment online for someone from LL Flooring to come to my home to show me some carpet and laminate samples. A guy name Brad called me and I missed his call, then he text me asking if he could stop by the same day or come on Wednesday, May 29th anytime between 9:00am-3:00pm. I responded and asked if he could come at 1:00pm that day. Several hours passed by and I got no response from Brad, so I text him again asking if he was available at 1:00pm. As of today, May 25th, Brad is yet to respond back. At this point, I don't need him to come because that's bad customer service. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to a more responsive and professional company. -
