Voolt Technologies Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website voolt.pro and associated landing pages (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Nature of Our Service

Voolt Technologies Limited is a lead generation and marketplace platform. We are not a licensed contractor, construction company, or home service provider. We do not perform the physical services (such as landscaping, plumbing, or roofing) advertised on our Platform.

Our service is limited to collecting your project details and connecting you with independent third-party service professionals (“Service Professionals”) in your area who may be interested in providing you with a quote.

2. No Endorsement or Guarantee

We do not guarantee that your request will be matched with a Service Professional. Furthermore, while we strive to work with quality partners, we do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the work of any specific Service Professional.

The Service Professionals are independent business entities. Voolt Technologies Limited is not an employer, partner, or agent of these professionals.

3. Release from Liability

Your dealings with any Service Professional found through our Platform are solely between you and that professional. You agree that Voolt Technologies Limited is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your interaction with a Service Professional.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Property damage caused by the professional.
  • Incomplete or unsatisfactory work.
  • Pricing disputes or billing issues.
  • Licensing or insurance validity of the professional.

You are solely responsible for verifying the license, insurance, and qualifications of any Service Professional you hire.

4. Consent to Communication

By submitting your telephone number and information on our Platform, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls, text messages (SMS), and emails from Voolt Technologies Limited and up to four (4) independent Service Professionals regarding your project request.

You acknowledge that these communications may be made using automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages, and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

5. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to submit fake or fraudulent leads.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Voolt Technologies Limited and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voolt Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Platform or services provided by third-party professionals.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
