6 months agoVery disappointed with being left without heat for TWO WEEKS. First visit tech said a part had to be ordered. Waited a week. No news. We were COLD. We work at home. Called your office - person said they are waiting on the part - I ask - do we have any options (thinking space heaters, etc.). I was told - you can move!...and oh - we need to go back out to see if more parts are needed. NO COMMUNICATION! Nothing! Got nervous about the cold forecast. Called Progress Residential 3 times to escalate. Same day - someone showed up and fixed the furnace. That was after 2 weeks of no heat. Yay! Heat now. Next day - got a notice that you were sending a tech at 10:00am to repair furnace. I said - what? You came yesterday - oh oops! Sorry - we'll close out your ticket. I feel like our part got lost in the shuffle. SO very disappointed to be COLD for 2 weeks. How are we supposed to feel? Feels like nobody cares. Nobody called!!! Not once!
