1 year agoI contacted this company because my ac wasn't cooling as well as it should. They came the day before the 4th of July and told me my compressor was bad and I needed a new unit. By 4pm that day the temperature at my home was 80 degrees and the ac wasn't cooling at all. I contacted another company that came the 4th of July, a holiday. We discovered they had disconnected the capacitor from the compressor which caused the ac not to cool at all. They left me worse off than they found me. They left me and my family to suffer during a heat advisory. The only repair I needed was a new capacitor. Never use a company that will leave you to die during a heat advisory the day before a holiday when resources are few. -
