12 months agoWe spent $8000 over 6 months for a commercial AC unit that they never fixed, and our account manager got hostile over it. At one point we settled the service bills and paid a large portion, but when it wasn't fixed we cancelled our contract. Only after cancelling they claimed we owed the entire amount and threatened a lien against us. I tried hard to be patient and work through it, but it was a very unfortunate experience. -

12 months agoWorst customer service. They have came out over 5 times and never actually fixed the problem we were having and then foot us with a $7000 bill. Would never recommend -
