6 months agoI would leave a zero star if I could the technician was very pleasant however, after the carpet dried, there was an horrendous smell from their machine. It smelled like dirty moldy dish towels. There were some stains left that I did not expect to completely come out, But they didn't lift even the Slightest. I tried contacting whoever answers the phone when you call they didn't answer and they didn't return my call until I called them again. I explained the situation and how there was an awful smell, and there were still stains And that I would like either a partial or a full refund whoever answered the call said they would see what they could do. They would contact somebody and see what they could do. I didn't get an email a phone call or a text for a whole week. So I contacted them again they said they would see what they could do and then they backtracked And said they can't give me a refund because they don't work for free and that's a service services were done and it basically does not matter that I was unhappy with the service as very nice but very straightforward on the situation they offered me a coupon on the next time that I use their services, but I obviously I'm not going to use their services again. They also said they can't refund me because I didn't give them an opportunity to come out and fix their mistake. I went through the house with someone from my neighborhood and cleaned the carpet again myself to get rid of the smell, I don't care much about the stains I only wanted the awful smell out from their carpet cleaning machine. so why would I have them come back out and make the house smell again to give them "a Chance to fix it" To wrap this all up, I asked for a refund because I was unhappy with the service. They said "they weren't Walmart or Amazon. They already paid their technician. They won't work for free. The service was already done" and they are not going to refund me. not to mention, they overcharged me for their service they charged me an extra $20 and while it's not much the principal still stands that I talked to the owner on the phone when scheduling And explained that I had a coupon that I got in the mail from them And that I will be using it for this appointment yet I was charged $20 extra than what the coupon plus a pet treatment should have been. -

7 months agoTech on time, polite and quick. Perhaps too quick. I was not told that they don't move furniture and was used to this happening with other companies. Carpet looked very clean at first , quickly reverted to soiled and dirty looking. -
