2 months agoOur unit was dying slowly a few months ago and we called for quotes from a few companies. Parkers was the only one that not only provided a quote but also explained things that were off wit our duct system and how they could help our efficiency. The day of install went smoothly and it was independently checked by a supervisor before the installers left our property. During the recent winter storm, we called about making sure we were clearing ice from the unit appropriately and their office team were more than patient and kind with walking us through the steps needed to make sure the fan didn't freeze. I have been highly impressed with Parkers and hope to continue to be so. I can recommend them without hesitation.
