7 months agoWorst experience with a contractor I have ever had in my life. If I could give a zero I would. So many instances he did not show up or said he was going to be there with equipment so other people could do their part and he flaked out . He had every excuse in the book for not showing up and forgetting steps that were supposed to be done. Items had to be redone due to subpar work. He ordered wrong items, the pool liner did not fit and pulled off the wall several times. Had to have another contractor fix that issue because his guys left too much concrete in tracks when laying tile around the pool and now the latest issue is he did not do proper inspections and told the electric people he forgot. If you can find someone else please run the other way. -

His pricing includes a lot of additional features that most companies charge extra for or don't offer at all. I love the ability to control my pool from my device. I also appreciate the included lights and pool accessories. Kasey also went above and beyond and helped make sure our pool had what was needed for this year's freezing temps. If you're looking for a business that does great work and offers fair pricing then I highly recommend Luxury Outdoors.
