14 years agoI have them come in quarterly. In terms of punctuality, they just say they will be here on a certain day, but they don't ever tell me a time. I am sure they could do better than that, so it is just something that we have not had a good experience with. I had to wait the whole day. One or two times, I have asked if they would come in the afternoon, and they would say yes, but then again they go to many other counties, so I am afraid they didn't know where they were going to be, but I would use them again in the future.

FAQ
Does Ferrell's One Stop Exterminating Services offer free estimates for pest control?
We determine pricing based on the type of pest, the extent of the infestation, and the size of your property after an initial inspection. Estimates are provided following this assessment to ensure accuracy for your specific situation. This approach helps homeowners understand the full scope and value of the service needed.
Are you licensed and insured for wildlife and pest control services?
Ferrell's One Stop Exterminating Services holds the necessary licensing and insurance required for safe and professional pest control operations in Murfreesboro. Our team follows industry standards to protect both your property and our technicians during every job. Homeowners can request verification of these credentials during scheduling for added peace of mind.
Does Ferrell's One Stop Exterminating Services handle wildlife removal like rodents in addition to insects?
We manage a full range of pests, including common household insects, rodents, and wildlife removal tailored to your home's needs. Our services cover everything from initial identification to complete exclusion measures that prevent re-entry. This comprehensive scope ensures all pest issues are addressed effectively without partial solutions.
What should I expect for scheduling and arrival times with you?
We schedule services on specific days, such as for quarterly visits, to fit your ongoing pest management needs. Arrival windows are confirmed in advance, though exact times may vary to allow for thorough inspections at each property. Homeowners benefit from this flexibility as it prioritizes complete service over rigid timing.
How does Ferrell's One Stop Exterminating Services handle cleanup and waste after pest treatments?
We remove any pest remains, debris, or traps as part of our standard process to leave your home clean and safe. Preventative inspections follow to identify and seal entry points, reducing future waste buildup. This thorough after-care step minimizes environmental impact while restoring your space fully.
Why is your integrated pest management safer and more effective than DIY methods?
Our approach uses fumigation only when necessary, combined with preventative inspections and integrated pest management to target root causes rather than symptoms. DIY often relies on temporary sprays that fail to address conducive conditions, leading to recurring infestations. Professionals like us prioritize low-impact solutions that protect your family and the environment long-term.
