2 months agoNever had a more hood like experience in my life. I had to use our auto insurance app to reserve a tow but when we called he said it would be 1.5 hours. Since we just spent the night in our car in winter temps, we searched and found a tow that could come in ten minutes.We then had to use the app to cancel the tow. I guess this guy from Swift didn't get the cancellation because he hunted us down where we said we were being towed and came in their place business for a confrontation. I now believe the reputation Memphis has. -

3 months agoCar broke down on the side of the road and had to call someone to tow the car to the repair shop. The gentleman who towed my vehicle was very quick to respond and arrived early. I have had to wait hours for a tow truck before and was pleasantly surprised by the fast arrival. He was very friendly, very polite and professional. 5 stars, will use again, I highly recommend their services!
