1 year agoPierre and his crew were fast and reliable. They removed 3 giant Bradford pears that were between mine and both my neighbors houses. After having a quote done by another company and they no showing and ghosting me. I called Total on a Saturday morning and he called me the next Tuesday to come give a quote. The quote was reasonable and he said he could do it the next day. They showed up did a great job. Had a small equipment malfunction that required them to come back out the next day and finish and they did so as promised. Pierre didn't even ask me to pay him a single penny until he was complete and was even willing to come back later in the evening to get paid since I was not available to pay them. I had my teenage son give him the cash after confirmation the job was complete. But still he understood and was not pushy in anyway. Is my yard messed up? A little sure but that's what happens when you remove 3 giant trees. They were super professional and appreciative of the business. They cleaned up well enough in my opinion. And even sawed up about a rick of the wood for me as they went which took more time and was not previously discussed. I actually asked they had left me the stumps kind of and I could process it. But Pierre told the guys to just take care of it and they did. I'd recommend them for any future tree services needs -

1 year agoPierre and his crew were amazing! My back yard was filled with very tall trees that were worrisome as my house is downhill from said trees. Pierre gave me a very reasonable quote for the trees I needed removed, much more reasonable than the previous quotes I was given from other tree service companies. Pierre was very friendly and got right to work. I absolutely recommend hiring Total Tree Service for ANY of your tree needs! -

They responded quickly to my estimate request, arrived on time, and were ready to get to work immediately after I accepted their estimate (which was very reasonable). Pierre was also very considerate of my concerns regarding the safety of mine and my neighbors property, which I appreciated greatly. They completed the task quickly and safely, and everything was done to my satisfaction, including stacking the wood and brush. Very pleased with their work, I will definitely be calling them again in the future should the need arise.
