Over the course of his time working with my gutter system, he identified critical malfunctions resulting in roof damage. He was transparent and urgent in sharing this discovery, and went above and beyond to ensure that I would see no further issue out of the gutter system itself. It had rained recently, so their trucks tore up my yard and created large divots in my grass. I called the company to try to get someone out to fix, and nobody could be bothered to call me back. -
