9 months agoHank and his crew did an excellent job for me. I have a very wooded lot and they took down three tall trees for me and trimmed up several others. They also cut all the over-hanging trees and crowding shrubs along my very long driveway. They even threw in a few extras like chipping the wood and spraying it into muddy areas. It looks great and will be very helpful. They also cleaned the pine needles off my driveway. They were professional and communicated well throughout the job and they cleaned up the mess well afterwards. I will use them again and highly recommend them. -

They were on time, worked a FULL day, always polite and cleaned up to make sure we could get in and out of our (long wooded) driveway every day. 12 years agoI'm writing this review for my dad. He hired Hanks to remove a large maple tree and stump from his back yard. In hindsight, he should have waited until the snow melted and things dried up. Hanks came out and removed the tree but not the stump. They also did a really poor job of cleaning up after themselves. To prove my point, a car got a flat tire after hitting one of the branches they left beside the road. It took multiple phone calls and finally talk of a lawyer to get them back out to remove the stump. Guess what? They didn't clean up the wood chips this made either. My dad had to hire someone else to clean up the mess. If you hire Hanks make sure you don't pay them the entire fee until your sure you're happy with the work, but my suggestion is to save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
