3 years agoCompany has apologized and put me onto the right channels to have the situation remedied, president of the company reached out himself. Can't give 5 stars sadly because I am having to replace almost every consumable in my bathroom(towels, toothbrushes, hairbrush, etc) but they are quick to respond. Just wish I'd been warned ahead of time of a potential sewage waterfall in my bathroom. -

FAQ
How does Utility Inspection Services, Inc. determine pricing for sewer and storm line inspections?
We base pricing on the scope of the job, including the length and accessibility of the lines, plus any cleaning or maintenance required. Robotic camera inspections start with a site assessment to identify the exact needs before providing a custom quote. This approach ensures you only pay for the work necessary to address cracks, roots, or blockages.
Are you licensed and insured for handyman utility work?
Utility Inspection Services, Inc. carries full licensing and insurance to protect both our crew and your property during utility inspections and maintenance. Our president personally engages with customers to resolve issues, as shown in past interactions where we directed clients to the right remedies. Homeowners can verify our credentials through standard Tennessee business records for added peace of mind.
Does Utility Inspection Services, Inc. handle sewer line inspections and manhole cleaning with robotic cameras?
We specialize in sewer and storm line inspections using robotic cameras to detect cracks, roots, and blockages precisely. Our crew also performs manhole cleaning and maintenance with heavy equipment and hoses from our trucks. These services cover both residential properties and municipal needs, ensuring thorough checks without unnecessary digging.
What is your typical timeline and arrival window for scheduling utility inspections?
We schedule appointments with clear arrival windows, typically within a 2-hour block, and aim to complete standard inspections in a few hours depending on line complexity. Our team coordinates directly with you to fit your availability, showing up prepared with robotic tools for efficient work. Expect a follow-up call to confirm details before we arrive.
How does Utility Inspection Services, Inc. handle cleanup and waste after storm line maintenance?
We remove all debris, roots, and blockages extracted during cleaning, leaving your property clean and access points restored. Our crew uses contained methods with trucks to haul away waste responsibly, avoiding any mess on your lawn or driveway. You can expect the site to look as good as or better than before, with no lingering hazards.
Why is your professional method for pipe inspections safer than trying DIY fixes?
Our robotic cameras and cutters allow us to inspect and clear sewer lines without excavating, reducing risks like property damage or personal injury from digging. DIY attempts often miss hidden issues deep in pipes, leading to repeated problems or collapses, while we provide detailed visuals for accurate fixes. This targeted approach prevents bigger repairs and keeps your infrastructure stable long-term.
