From initial reach out for a quote, to our move day, communication across the entire team was efficient, professional, friendly, and informative. We had secured our moving date, which fell on a Sunday, within 24 hours of sending the inquiry for a quote. Taking a major task off our list, allowing us to focus on next steps of the move. We were impressed at the level of personalization given. A few minutes after submitting for a quote, an email was sent with a clear sheet to outline items to be moved, for them to provide a quote. Then in receiving the quote via email, Taylor also reached out via text to introduce himself and ensure ease of reaching out with any questions. Both to review the quote for our acceptance (or not/no pressure felt), leading up to the actual move. Our day of movers, Owen & Schumann, took great care of our property, treating our furniture and belongings with care and patience. We were also very impressed with the close out of the final invoice. Getting a reach out to confirm the start and end times, which was very close to the initial quote given (allowing for true budgeting). Receiving the final invoice via email for us to review and make the final payment (same day of the move). Not feeling that rushed pressure right at the close of our move. With a final follow up from Jessica, to thank us for trusting their team with our move and taking time to ask for feedback. This stood out as our last move process was not a great experience, so the simple action of seeking feedback speaks volume of the how The Knoxville Moving Company cares about the experience they provide to customers. -

Taylor, Ryan, Will, and Jessica were all amazing, and we would recommend them anytime! Thank you again for everything! -

1 month agoTaylor and Will from Knoxville Movers were amazing. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the whole experience way easier than I expected. They unmounted and remounted my TVs, took apart and put back together my king size bed, and handled everything with a lot of care. What really shocked me was how fast they worked. They packed up my entire five bedroom house in about two hours. I honestly didn't even know that was possible. This was also an out of state move, and once we got to my new house they had everything unloaded and placed where it needed to go in about another two hours. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I'm really grateful for how smoothly everything went. I would definitely recommend Knoxville Movers, especially Taylor and Will, to anyone who needs a reliable moving team. -
