9 months agoChris was awesome! He came out on a holiday weekend to fix my A/C. If I had left him a message he would have come out yesterday, The Fourth of July. I thought about calling a different company, but they wanted $ 250 for a call out fee and a dispatch fee on top of that! I'm so happy I called Chris at Elite Heating and Cooling. 2 years agoA few years ago, a friend of ours recommended Elite Heating and Cooling, and I am so glad we contacted them. Owner Chris Waddell continues to exceed our expectations. He not only replaced our coil, but made sure it was covered by the manufacturers warranty. The AC was here when we bought the house in 2014, and I would have never even thought it was still under warranty. But Chris did think about it, and it saved us hundreds of dollars. This past Sunday (Mother's Day) our AC stopped working. I texted Chris to see if he could possibly fit us in on Monday. He responded immediately and told me to contact him in the morning, for an updated ETA. On Monday he did some troubleshooting with me (via text) and I discovered a breaker had tripped. Chris told me to contact him if that didn't solve the problem. Later that day, we realized that the problem was more complicated than an electrical breaker. I texted Chris at 7pm and he said he would be there the next day. He is a man of his word, because he fit us into his busy schedule and diagnosed the issue quickly. The big AC companies would NOT answer calls on the weekends and after hours. And IF they do, they will charge emergency rates that can double and triple the repair costs. Chris Waddell is a business owner who fully understands the value of excellent customer service. He is not my relative or a close friend, but he made me feel like he CARED about my predicament and my family's comfort. He has earned our future business and I would recommend Elite Heating and Cooling to anyone needing AC replacement, repairs, or preventative maintenance. Because Chris possesses business traits that others have forgotten - Sincerity, Quality, Honesty, and Integrity. And THAT is why I wanted to take the time to share my personal experience with Elite Heating and Cooling. Great job, Chris! -
