4 years agoThis company is a complete RIP off. I just found out today that the system they installed in my house is an older system and pretty much extinct. They even try to to tell me I had a warranty but could never produce the paperwork. I am now having to replace my entire unit, after only having what I thought was a new unit after 2 yrs. Do not use this company, dishonest and scammers. -

5 years agoDON'T PAY THEM IN ADVANCE!!!!!! We paid over $25,000 for work that was to be done on our house - then for the next 5 months, all we could get from Rusty was "it'll be done by this weekend", but he never did any work. Finally, in May, he stopped responding and when summer hit, we had to pay another company over $15,000 to complete the work. -

5 years agoUnlike the 5 star rating that Rusty gave himself and his Dad gave him I give him a generous 2 stars. He does good work when he does any but he never finishes. He also ripped me off for about $15,000 in parts and labor including a new HVAC unit that I paid him for. He kept saying that he would be there but never showed up. My mistake was thinking he was a friend and trusting him. I finally told him no more money until he finished a few things including installing my new HVAC. I never saw or heard from him after that. And I have tried to call and text him for months. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Actually it is just Rusty if you call that a company. STEER CLEAR. If anything changes I will be glad to update this. -

6 years agoI wanted to try a new company to service my air conditioner, so I asked a neighbor for a recommendation. Without hesitation, she told me to call R & R, and I am glad I did. The technician sent, named John, did an excellent job and was very helpful in answering all my questions in a professional, easy-to-understand manner. He was also very pleasant to speak with. Through him, I learned more about the company, which convinced me that I should call this company in the future.
