The showroom selection process was easy as Julie took patient time in showing all the options, answering every question and giving advice in choosing the right quality, color and grain pattern. She even made several trips to our home to check on the installation progress. Installation was efficient including matching the paint/stain of different colors of molding. The crew moved/replaced our furniture/appliances with care, and left our environment clean every day. Crew leader Josh has excellent skills, is professional and respectful. 3 years agoMy parents had Woods put in hardwood floors on their steps and the 2nd story of their home. They really wanted to go with someone local instead of the larger chains like Lowes or Home Depot and for quality they should have. They were able to get the floors put in and that's it, no finishing touches. It took them forever to come and no time to leave! They would tell them that they were coming back to do the finishing touches but never did. So they have this beautiful home with the second floor that looks undone. It really makes me sad because this was something my parents really wanted for their home and now they will have to invest even more money to fix what Woods should have just done right at first. These pictures are just a few out of many.
