  First World Problem: 2023 Latent Discovery: DH replaced the roof in 2018 with their Sub Contractor (Omni Roofing) and did not remove the the two layers of tar paper from 1968 and 1995 to properly inspect the OSB for dry rot and any holes as I explicitly (orally) told their Construction Manager that we had found holes in the roof where rodents had penetrated and for him to keep a sharp look out. I never supervised the Roof Removal as I was very confident in the Construction Manager (he was fantastic to work with) and DH Construction, made Contractor of The Year that year. All good signs! ...

  DH repaired our severely damaged home after a house fire. The best decision we ever made was to select DH Construction for the job. From the moment we met with Jennifer and Craig we felt relief and hopeful and respect for the company. Everything they did and everyone they had on the job was perfection. The office staff were so great too! Communication was awesome. We were out of our home quite a while, but I feel it would have been a lot longer had we used another company. My husband and I would go by often and always had praise for every task as it got completed. I felt that they were taking the care of all the improvements as it were their own home. We recommend DH Construction to everyone. THANK YOU DH!!!!

  We enthusiastically recommend DH Construction. Our home was damaged by someone accidentally driving their car through it. DH has been amazing to work with through the repair process. DH helped with or completely handled every aspect of the job. They helped us work with our insurance and mortgage companies and handled all the permits and inspections. Every staff member and sub contractor from office to construction was incredibly kind, helpful, communicative, and patient with our questions. They were also professional in every aspect. Workers would arrive at the pre scheduled times, and would always leave the area clean before they left. We have received only exceptional service. We are also very impressed with the quality of the work they did. Our home looks better than it ever did thanks to the quality care and skilled craftsmanship rendered during our reconstruction project.

  DH Constructon was a dream come true! December 13, 2021 we had a massive fir tree break off 50 feet in the air and it was hurled into the side of our house. It decimated our master bedroom, bathroom and closet. DH was there within 24 hours, evaluating and planning. We had wanted to update our bathroom, just not on Mother Nature's timeline. Every employee that came was professional, courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. Through supply chain issues and weather delays, our rebuild took almost 8 months. DH Construction had great communication, multiple check-ins with my insurance provider and us weekly. I can not recommend this company enough!! We have plans to have them back and update our guest bath soon. If you on the fence, pull the trigger, you get what you pay for!

  Referral from a trusted source and DH Construction did a good job. Excellent customer service, competent project management. Mark K was patient and thoughtful as we worked our way through a construction project that included a few change orders. They'll be my first call for the next project!
