1 year agoLol when you call the contact number it will ring, sometimes once, sometimes a few times and then you here the line pick up and play a recording of "we're sorry the number..." but it sounds like a recording of the recording. -

4 years agoWe has SmithCo do both reroofing as well as gutter install. All went well and we were happy with the job but after a big rain once of the gutters wasn't draining properly and leaking behind. After looking at the issue and promising a repair I've been unable to get return phone calls or text messages from SmithCo to come and FINISH the job they started. -

9 years agoEverything went great and we had a positive experience. Mr. Smith (the owner) gave us the bid and went over several window styles (because we needed windows that would look good in an older cape cod style home) and options for pricing and saving money. When it came time for installation, the guys who installed our windows were professional and did an excellent job. They were on the job early and worked until dark to get the job finished (less than 2 days because bad was weather was coming in). I was amazed at how great they worked and made zero mess in our home. I'm extremely pleased with my entire experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend SmithCo Exteriors. -

9 years agoWe had SmithCo PRG do vinyl siding and gutters a few months ago. The pricing was very fair for the quality of materials and workmanship. Both the vinyl and the gutter crews did really good work. Personnel were very professional and courteous. Did not hesitate to replace existing wood when needed. They were willing to answer any questions I asked. When a problem with the original construction of a bay window became apparent, the crew supervisor and owner assisted the crew in coming up with a good, cost-effective work-around. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend Jacob and SmithCo PRG. Will definitely put them on the top of the list when the roof needs replacing. A+ experience.
