7 years agoI met with Jason about adding a couple electrical outlets for security cameras. They provided me a quote and we scheduled the install in 2 weeks. No one showed up on the designated day/time. I contacted both Jason and Charles numerous time via phone and text. Each time they told me they would call to reschedule. To date no one has bothered to contact me to reschedule the appointment. I get that things happen but to ignore a customer repeatedly is ridiculous. If they didn't want to do the job why quote it and schedule it then tell me repeatedly they would call me and never do. I wasted a month waiting on CS Frye to show up before I turned to another electrician.
