3 years agoWe hired Ted Morse of Morse Brothers to replace our existing gas pack heat and a/c unit earlier this year (2022). Last year we had an enclosed porch built onto the back of our house. The room has twelve large windows, and we wanted the room to be connected to the central hvac system to make it a four season room. Ted Morse came out to look at the job, and suggested that we replace the existing Goodman unit, which was originally undersized for the house, with a 4 ton Rheem unit to be properly sized for our house including the added room. Ted did an outstanding job for us, installing the new Rheem unit and running two new ducts into the new room. Today, with outdoor temps at 100+ degrees, our new unit has no problem maintaining a 72 degree temp on ac mode, even with twelve windows, and also maintains 72 degres on heating mode when the outdoor temps drop. Ted worked very hard to get this right for us, and we would like to enthusiastically recommend Morse Brothers to you if you value quality work, and very honest and competitive pricing. -
